Survey Errors?

I have just taken my fourth consecutive survey without earning any points. The first three were completed (I received a message "survey complete") but when I was redirected to the Toluna site I received the red error message. The fourth also stated "survey complete", but when I was redirected to the Toluna site I received a message that the "survey had filled up". Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I have been getting a lot of the Error messages to try to take the surveys. So annoying. What is SUPER-annoying is when you complete a survey and you get "The survey just filled up" message and get zero points. You should get something for the time & effort even if it just filled up. Are you listening Toluna? Reply

This has happened to me in the distant past and the main reason I stopped doing surveys period back then. They should offer partial points based upon how much of the survey was completed. Sorry to hear that this continues to happen and hopefully you'll have better fortune in future surveys. Reply

That happens to me, too. I successfully completed two surveys on Saturday and I received the error message. I also sometimes get the "survey has filled up" after I done the whole thing. Toluna told me previously that enough people finished the survey just before I did so that's why I get that message. I think once you start a survey, if you are able to complete it, you shouldn't get that message even if enough people complete it seconds before you do. I've stopped reporting most of these errors to Toluna because I seldom get credited for them after the fact. Reply

Yes, I have completed several surveys with the same message, I just continue until I get a survey and complete it, which I have. Reply

I have completed several, and when the survey tried to send me back to the Toluna site, I got the dreaded "You have reached this page in error". The survey does not appear as completed in my Points. I opened up tickets with Toluna report the errors. I hope they will be able to fix this when they return from the Holidays this coming week. Reply
