Owning (Trade Mark) Colors.
This happens often,
Cadbury tried to own BLUE
They still go to court over the Color Blue.
Heinze have Big Red that's theirs.
Coke have The Flash ribbon also the Words "The Real Thing"
Should anyone own a Color or a Word ?

A letter or a number or a color is every bodies.
A sentence is different or a pattern of colours

I understand 7/11 Shops and I understand 'Big Red
Tomatoes', The Golden Arch "M" I understand But the trading name as in McDonalds should be challenged.

I don’t think people should own a colour or word because they are exactly that, colours and words. Reply
