Have you had your Covid jab yet?

I am due to have my second covid jab next week.

My doctor gave me an influenza injection, a few weeks back - the first one l had ever had.

Then three weeks later l went for my first covid jab.

The only 'side effect' l had was a little tenderness, where the needle had gone in.

Now l await my second covid injection.

Have you had your first jab?

Have you had both or are you waiting still?

Did you have any side effects?

If you haven't had your jabs, when do you expect to have it?

Some say they are still waiting to hear from their DHB with an appointment time. What about you?

Pfizer study information, 3 phases:
"Actual Study Start Date : April 29, 2020
Estimated Primary Completion Date : November 2, 2021
Estimated Study Completion Date : May 2, 2023"
I'm worried that while we're being used in a trial with no results till 2023, most people don't realise this.

I am not in a hurry. "The Ministry of Health’s own printable info PDF (Getting your COVID-19 Vaccine: what to expect)... clearly states in black and white: “However, we don’t yet know if it will stop you from catching and passing on the virus.”
Why would I risk myself over something with no long-term results? Fear, media advertising campaigns and FONFI is a big factor in people being anxious to take it up.

We in our house all come under in Group 4, which is the last group. So we will be the last ones to have the shot. But I hope we get it at least before this year end. I think we will get it by Aug or Sept this year. Reply
