#TolunaWins - Something for myself
Closed

With the Toluna Rewards l have earned, this time, l have purchased some knitting wool.

I am not a good knitter. Basically, l can knit a simple K2 P2 rib, or just pearl and knit rows.

Because of this, the skeins of wool l bought are a pre-printed wool, which means that, as l knit it up, it will form a pattern of its own.

This means l don't have to follow any pattern, to create a design. Whatever l knit will turn out patterned and pretty.

I am going to knit myself a bed jacket and matching slippers.

I'm looking forward to starting, because l want to be cosy, this winter!

Havent received enough surveys yet to get a reward and it's been 4 months since starting :(
Even when I get an invite, it ends up going to an error screen. Have emailed in regards to this but still havent received a response yet

That is the most gorgeous wool, I've knitted it myself and the effect is lovely. Enjoy!

two cats back, Tiger used to crawl under the blanket I'd be crocheting and snooze happily. A friend dropped in to see me, and looked at me. "Are you okay?" I was, but I realized she was hearing tiny little cat snores from the vicinity of my stomach and was wondering. I had to lift the blanket and explain...

I knit cot blankets for underprivileged mothers. It a great interest and good for the brain to knit. Once a fortnight I visit the Rest Home where I used to work as a Diversional Therapist and run a knitting group with an ex co-worker. It is very therapeutic for the residents involved. Even if they can't knit it is a great social session for them.
Keep up the knitting.
